My seat before this was not comfortable at all, so I did some research and this one got good reviews as an overall comfortable seat. I do a lot of road biking and long rides and this seat has been great. The first couple rides with it my butt was a little sore but I think that was just because it was new and needed to be broken in a bit. After that though it has been great! I highly recommend it for any long distance rider or even casual riders. I'd heard good reviews about Terry as a seat company from other lady cyclists I ride with. Found this great deal and decided to try one out for myself. So far, so good! I've used it on the 16 mile novice road rides I lead and have been very pleased so far. Where I notice the biggest difference is in the "sensitive" areas and near the nose of the saddle. The numbness I experienced with my old seat is definitely decreased. My previous seat was a gel road style seat as well, but there was more gel and it was cut away differently. I think this saddle will be a keeper. |
