I had one for about 3 years until my bicycle was stolen :( This seat feels very well for someone who is acclimated to riding and 'hates' soft seats. The only negative about this seat is that if you take a spill its prone to getting cut up and maybe splitting a little. Glue and what not can help remedy this, but it seems less durable than those seats that are not as seemingly tensioned. I purchased this seat a few weeks ago and was worried that since it is the carbon version it might be too stiff. Now that I have ridden it on a couple of 3 + hour rides, I found out just the opposite. It is the most comfortable seat I have ever used. I ride a lot and have owned numerous seats - none are as good as this one. I have an older Devo (non-carbon), and it is OK but not as good as this one. Maybe the carbon has a little more flex than the plastic version. I just bought 2 more from Amazon. |
