Granted saddles are a very personal thing, this one fits me very well and is comfy for even the longest off road rides, (4+ hours in the saddle).It's wide enough to really provide great support and comfort, but not too wide to hamper getting behind the saddle on steep decents. While I did not buy this thru Amazon I thought I would review it anyway. My wife and I just spent 8k on 2 new Specialized Ruby Carbon Elite and a Roubaix SL3 Expert with Ultegra comp's and love them. While during our fittings which took about 4 hours at the pro shop they changed a bunch of brand new components that came on the bikes, seats, stems, bars to get them custom fit for my wife and I. We tried 5 different saddles from $80.00 to $200 and I kept going back to the laser. It just seemed right and now after 200k riding on it I do not regret it at all! This is one of the most comfortable saddles I have ever owned. It looks more mountain than road but is not bad looking at all. As much as i would have liked a racing road seat my rear was telling me different. So buy it you wil not regret it! |
